Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The wrong product was supplied.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during shipment and reported within the required timeframe.

Return Request

Customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment.

To process a return request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or OEM products
  • Engraved instruments
  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications
  • Products that have been used, sterilized, altered, or improperly handled
  • Clearance or special-order items unless defective

Inspection & Resolution

All returned products are inspected upon receipt. If the claim is approved, Mubeen Enterprises may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product,
  • Repair the product where applicable, or
  • Issue a refund or credit for the approved amount.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of an error by Mubeen Enterprises.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins.

Once production has started or customized work has commenced, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods. Mubeen Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
